Traditionally, funerals commence with a church service or a gathering at the funeral directors or family home followed by a ceremony at the crematorium or cemetery.

As our community in the west of Scotland becomes more cross cultural and ethnically diverse, the vast expertise of Anderson Maguire is being called upon with increasing frequency to assist with the funerals of those from different traditions and backgrounds.

Many families now choose to have a secular or non religious funeral. Our staff has contact with humanist or lay celebrants who will be able to conduct a ceremony in accordance with your requirements.
